15 Minute Pudding

This pudding was set in 15 min!

Ingredients:
1 cup of cashew milk
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of flax meal goji berries (from Whole Foods)
1 teaspoon stevia
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 banana chopped
Instructions:
Mix it all!
Set it for 15 min
Top it with cacao nibs (sweet) - less than 1 gm sugar in 1 tbsp. These are barely 1/2 tbsp.
