15 Minute Pudding

This pudding was set in 15 min!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cashew milk

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of flax meal goji berries (from Whole Foods)

  • 1 teaspoon stevia

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1/2 banana chopped






Instructions:

  1. Mix it all!

  2. Set it for 15 min

  3. Top it with cacao nibs (sweet) - less than 1 gm sugar in 1 tbsp. These are barely 1/2 tbsp.
