Almond Espresso Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

This bowl is exactly what I needed to satisfy my soul and made under 5 minutes!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana chopped

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup Expresso

  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cacao (mix it with hot expresso to dissolve all the lumps)

Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk & espresso to the banana

  2. Add 2 tbsp chia with cinnamon

  3. Mix 1 tbsp of almond butter

  4. Chill & top it with coconut & cacao nibs
