Apple Pie Oats

Perfect for fall!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats

  • 1/2 apple chopped in small pieces

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, cardamom

  • 1/4 teaspoon of clove powder, nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Walnuts chopped

  • 1 tbsp Goji berries

  • Stevia to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook oats in cashew milk ,water, spices

  2. Once half way cooked add apples and finish cooking. Add water if needed

  3. Add goji berries

  4. Add Stevia to taste

  5. Once cooked, top it with walnuts and apples cooked in cinnamon
