Nature is beautiful! This deep purplish blueish bowl has so much goodness
You get your protein, complex carb, fiber, MUFAs. It keeps you full for a long time and it’s delisssshh!!!!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt (any yoghurt of your choice)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 frozen banana
Toppings: 1/4 fresh banana, a few blueberries, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 4-5 broken walnuts!
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together and add your toppings!
