Banana Raspberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Perfect for weekend breakfasts and brunches!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of fat free Greek yoghurt
1 cup low carb fat free milk
1/3 rd frozen banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 tbsp low fat peanut powder
A pinch of cinnamon and cardamom for taste!
Toppings: chia, peanuts and 1 teaspoon of mango puree (optional)
Instructions:
Blend all your ingredients together and then add your toppings! Enjoy!
