Berry Banana Chia Pudding

I love my chia puddings!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup pistachio milk (sub any nut milk)

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder

  • 4-5 strawberries chopped

  • 1 banana chopped

  • Berries

  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp almond butter





Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds and milk throughly. I use a fork or a whisk. Make sure they don’t settle at the bottom.

  2. Add cinnamon and let it set out in the counter top. It takes about 15 min to gel. Add banana and strawberries. Mix and refrigerate.

  3. Add your toppings including almond butter before you eat.
