Blue Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Something to be said about slower pace.... it heals your physical and spiritual soul! I am not a chef but I enjoy being in the kitchen dreaming about food, recipes! Such a contrast from how I was when I was a teenager- hated anything to do with cooking!
Creating food is intoxicating for me especially my so called ‘lazy cooking’ allows me to unwind , relax and brain feels 100 times reenergized!

Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened coconut yoghurt
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp wheat germ (optional)
1 teaspoon blue spirulina
Toppings: 1/2 mango, 1 teaspoon hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon peppitas or pistachios!
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together and add your toppings
