Blueberry Almond Butter Chia Flax Pudding

On the weekends I aim for a good fasted workouts. Fast anywhere between 12-18 hours and follow that with a workout that consists of cardio, weight training and core exercises.This weekend I made myself this delicious special treat and you guys it was so yummy! This makes 2 servings!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds- 4gm fiber , 2 gm protein, 5 gm carb
1 tbsp Hemp seeds- 1 gm fiber, 4 gm protein, 2 gm carb
2 tbsp Chia seeds- 8 gm fiber, 5 gm protein, 8 gm carb
1 cup plant based milk - <1 gm fiber , 8 gm protein, < 1 gm carb
1 banana - 3 gm fiber
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries - 4 gm fiber
1 tbsp Almond butter - 2 gm fiber, 2 gm protein
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground clove
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
Instructions:
Bring milk to a boil, add all the spices and your seeds.
Mix well.
Switch off the heat and add chopped banana.
Once the pudding sets top it with frozen blueberries and almond butter💙
