Blueberry Almond Butter Chia Flax Pudding

On the weekends I aim for a good fasted workouts. Fast anywhere between 12-18 hours and follow that with a workout that consists of cardio, weight training and core exercises.This weekend I made myself this delicious special treat and you guys it was so yummy! Packed with fiber, omega 3s, Monounsaturated fats, protein

This makes 2 servings!


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds- 4gm fiber , 2 gm protein, 5 gm carb

  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds- 1 gm fiber, 4 gm protein, 2 gm carb

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds- 8 gm fiber, 5 gm protein, 8 gm carb

  • 1 cup plant based milk - <1 gm fiber , 8 gm protein, < 1 gm carb

  • 1 banana - 3 gm fiber

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries - 4 gm fiber

  • 1 tbsp Almond butter - 2 gm fiber, 2 gm protein

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground clove

  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg


Instructions:

  1. Bring milk to a boil, add all the spices and your seeds.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Switch off the heat and add chopped banana.

  4. Once the pudding sets top it with frozen blueberries and almond butter💙
