Blueberry Cashew Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is a perfect healthy fix to cool down as well as satisfy your sweet tooth. Plus it’s under 5 mins and super nutritious!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of cashew yoghurt (or any that you like)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

Instructions:

  • Blend all to a fine consistency. Top with fresh blueberries & hemp seeds.
