Cacao Tofu Smoothie Bowl

Start your day right with this smoothie bowl!

Ingredients:

  • Tofu(organic sprouted)

  • 2-3 teaspoons of cacao

  • 1 banana

  • 3 tbsp oats or oats flour

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

  • Toppings: cacao, cinnamon, blueberries, chia seeds and toasted sesame (From Trader Joe's)

Instructions:

  1. Blend tofu, cacao, banana, oats/oat flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg together

  2. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings

  3. Enjoy!
