Cacao Tofu Smoothie Bowl

Start your day right with this smoothie bowl!
Ingredients:
Tofu(organic sprouted)
2-3 teaspoons of cacao
1 banana
3 tbsp oats or oats flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Toppings: cacao, cinnamon, blueberries, chia seeds and toasted sesame (From Trader Joe's)
Instructions:
Blend tofu, cacao, banana, oats/oat flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg together
Pour into a bowl and add your toppings
Enjoy!
