Caffeinated Chia Pudding

A meal and a caffeine boost all in one!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of almond coconut milk (unsweetened)
2 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of cardamom
1 banana (1/2 in the jar with the chia)
4 tbsp of cold brewed coffee (I used Peet’s)
Instructions:
Refrigerate it overnight
Top it with banana and grain free espresso granola!
