🥭 Cardamom Chia Pudding

My summer favorite


🥭 1 tbsp chia seeds

🥭 1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder(optional)

🥭 1/4 cup almond milk

🥭 1 cup fat free greek yoghurt

🥭 pinch of ground cardamom

🥭 1/2 cup ripe mangoes 🥭


Mix all except mangoes.

Once set , top it with mangoes 🥭

Sprinkle some Cardamom for extra deliciousness 🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭
