Cashew Blueberry Chia Pudding

You won't have a blue day with this delicious chia pudding!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cashew milk

  • 2 tbsp of chia

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (a few in the milk and a few on the top)

  • I added 2 drops of pure date syrup to the pudding.

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Keep it for an hour or more in the fridge.

  2. Top it with blueberries
