Cashew Chia Raspberry Banana Parfait

A healthy, dairy free, high in fiber parfait!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp cashew yoghurt
1/2 cup flax milk (creamier than almond milk)
Cardamom (1 teaspoon)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana mashed up
Granola
Instructions:
Mix all the above
Adjust milk if needed
Keep it in the fridge for an hour or overnight
Top it with 1 tbsp raspberry jam and granola!
To make the raspberry jam:
Cook 1 cup frozen raspberries with water and 1/2 packet of stevia. You can use maple syrup or honey instead)
Nutrition:
On an average we need between 25-35 gram of fiber per day. Fiber stabilizes blood sugars, maintains healthy bowel habits and keeps us full.
Chia seeds are a great source of fiber (5 gm per tablespoon)
Highest plant based source of protein (3-4 gm protein in one tablespoon)
Great source of omega 3 fatty acids
Great source of vitamin B
