Chia Berry Trifle

Y’all know my love for chia puddings and this one is my absolute favorite!!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup of flax milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 tbsp cashew yoghurt (so creamy!)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of stevia (you can use any type of sweetener)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
Fruits of your choice - my favorite are berries!
Instructions:
Mix milk, chia seeds, cardamom, yoghurt and stevia well
Let it set. I kept mine in the refrigerator all night
Once gel like, I layered it with berries. Enjoy!
