Chia Berry Trifle

Y’all know my love for chia puddings and this one is my absolute favorite!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup of flax milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp cashew yoghurt (so creamy!)

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of stevia (you can use any type of sweetener)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

  • Fruits of your choice - my favorite are berries!




Instructions:

  1. Mix milk, chia seeds, cardamom, yoghurt and stevia well

  2. Let it set. I kept mine in the refrigerator all night

  3. Once gel like, I layered it with berries. Enjoy!
