Chocolate Addict Protein Bowl

This has 16 grams of protein!
Ingredients:
1/4 piece of organic sprouted tofu
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
3 tbsp of peanut powder (same protein as peanut butter but less fat)
2 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp Cacao
1 cup spinach (fresh)
1/2 cup flax milk (unsweetened)
Spices: nutmeg(1 teaspoon), cinnamon (1 teaspoon), cardamom (1 teaspoon)
Toppings: half of a fresh banana, wheat germ and 1 teaspoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together, pour into a bowl, and add your toppings! Enjoy!
