Chocolate Cold Brew Chia Pudding

You know how much I love chocolate! This was my lunch after a 16 hour fast! Now don’t underestimate this mason jar! It may look like not that much but believe you me it’s packed with right amount of fat, protein and carbs! This was so filling!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened

  • 1/2 cold brewed ready made coffee unsweetened

  • 2 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax meal

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cacao

  • 1/2 banana chopped

  • 1 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix coconut milk, cold brew coffee, and greek yoghurt

  2. Mix well and then add the remaining ingredients

  3. Top it with remaining banana, 1 tbsp of almond butter, and a few cacao nibs!
