Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl

After a 16 hour fast I made these yummy smoothie bowls!!

This recipe makes two smoothie bowls!


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 scoops of plant based chocolate flavored protein powder (Whole Foods)

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • Toppings: 1/2 fresh mango, 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds and 1 tbsp hemp seeds


Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients and blend them to a smooth consistency

  2. Pour into a bowl and add whatever toppings your Heart desires!
