Chocolate Raspberry Almond Coconut Chia Pudding

Food plays an important role in making me feel good about life! Especially if the process of making and then eating brings pleasure and a sense of calm! My chia puddings are exactly that. The entire recipe is under 10 minutes!
Great way to start a healthy meal filled with healthy fats, protein, fiber, complex carbs and no compromise on flavors!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt (unsweetened)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tbsp unsweetened cacao
Half chopped banana
1/4 teaspoon stevia. I prefer stevia, but you can add maple syrup or honey, too. Banana makes it sweet in any case!
Toppings: shredded coconut unsweetened and raspberries
Instructions:
Mix all together. Make sure the cacao and chia are mixed well.
Refrigerate until it becomes gel-like
Add your toppings and enjoy!
