Chocolate Tofu Pudding

I use Soy in my diet at least 3-4 times a week. See below for more information on tofu and soy!
Ingredients:
6 oz Sprouted / Silken Tofu (From Trader Joe's)
1 banana
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-2 tbsp nut butter
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1 teaspoon slivered almonds
1 teaspoon chocolate chips (sugar free)
1 teaspoon dry shredded coconut
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar
Refrigerate and enjoy a guilt free dessert!
If you like it sweeter, you can add or use maple syrup/monk fruit extract/date syrup. I have not used dates myself but I heard from another fellow physician @qadirahuffmd about using dates in the recipe. I definitely will give it a try.
Tofu
Tofu is made from condensed soy milk
It’s similar to cheese making process
3.5 ounces has about 70 calories, 8 gm of protein , 2 gm of carbs.
Contain isoflavones - 20 -24 mg of isoflavones per 3.5 ounces.
These function as phytoestrogens and unlike synthetic estrogen do not increase the risk of breast cancer!
Tofu improves heart health
Protective effect against breast and prostate cancer
Improves wrinkles and skin elasticity (40mg of soy daily)
