Cinnamon Rolled Oats Chia Pudding

This is a great treat, breakfast, or snack!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp tahini nut butter (any nut butter your Haert desires!)
2 tbsp Lakanto monk fruit syrup (or any sweetener, but this one has zero calories)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
Mix oats, chia, and cinnamon powder with milk
Once mixed smoothly, add vanilla and then nut butter
Make sure it’s mixed thoroughly and there are no lumps
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or overnight
Top it with coconut cream or cashew yoghurt
Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!!
