Cinnamon Tahini Chia Pudding

Tahini breaks the routine and makes it creamy. I have a long day at work and this is a perfect way to break by 15 hour fast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana mashed

  • 1 tbsp of almond yoghurt (I used Kitehill)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened macadamia, cashew almond milk

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp tahini (or any nut butter)

  • 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon





Instructions:

  1. Mash the bananas with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  2. Add yoghurt and milk - mix until smooth and even

  3. Add tahini and mix

  4. Add chia and mix evenly

  5. Top it with cinnamon and keep it in the refrigerator

  6. Enjoy!

It is important for me to be able to maintain simplicity to my meals. My chia pudding is yummy just the way I make it but some small changes go a long way!
