Coconut Chocolate Cherry Chia Pudding

Who doesn't love chocolate and cherries?!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of chia
1 tbsp of unsweetened cacao
2 pinches of stevia
1-2 drops of maple syrup essence (no sugar in this)
3 chopped cherries
Instructions:
Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, top with 4 chopped fresh cherries, 1 teaspoon of home made grain free granola for some crunch (quinoa flakes, banana , pumpkin seeds, cashews) and unsweetened shredded coconut!
