Coconut Chocolate Cherry Chia Pudding

Who doesn't love chocolate and cherries?!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons of chia

  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened cacao

  • 2 pinches of stevia

  • 1-2 drops of maple syrup essence (no sugar in this)

  • 3 chopped cherries

Instructions:

  1. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

  2. The next day, top with 4 chopped fresh cherries, 1 teaspoon of home made grain free granola for some crunch (quinoa flakes, banana , pumpkin seeds, cashews) and unsweetened shredded coconut!
