Coconut Chocolate Chia

At the end of 16 hour fast, this is the perfect pudding. Sugar free, super filling, fiber rich, protein and MUFAs!
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk (homemade fresh coconut milk or any other milk)
2 tbsp of chia
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamom
5 dried cherries chopped fine (such a sweet surprise when you start eating this pudding)
1/2 ripe banana chopped
Instructions:
Place milk in a mason jar. Add spices.
I mix cacao in teaspoon of warm water - make it into a smooth paste and then add to the milk.
Add chia and mix well, stirring the sides and the bottom of the jar. Once mixed well, add bananas and cherries.
Let it chill.
Top it with whatever you like. I added unsweetened coconut, sunflower seeds and cacao nibs!
