Fig, Banana & Cashew Chia Pudding

When Figs and banana meet caffeinated Cashews magic happens!!! Ok, I love creating recipes but given the time constraints I stick to simple, quick recipes. I fast for 12-16 hour for about 4-5 times a week. I love to break my fast by eating my chia pudding!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 ripe mashed banana

  • 1 cup cashew milk

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp freshly brewed coffee

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the above. Keep it for an hour or more in the fridge.

  2. Top it with one fresh chopped fig and few chopped cashews!
