Fig, Banana & Cashew Chia Pudding

When Figs and banana meet caffeinated Cashews magic happens!!! Ok, I love creating recipes but given the time constraints I stick to simple, quick recipes. I fast for 12-16 hour for about 4-5 times a week. I love to break my fast by eating my chia pudding!

Ingredients:
1/4 ripe mashed banana
1 cup cashew milk
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp freshly brewed coffee
Instructions:
Add all of the above. Keep it for an hour or more in the fridge.
Top it with one fresh chopped fig and few chopped cashews!
