Golden Milk Chia Pudding

Infused with turmeric and mango!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt / non dairy yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp golden milk powder (from Whole Foods), no added sugar

  • 1/2 cup fresh ripe mango - cubed

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1 teaspoon shredded dry coconut




Instructions:

  1. Mix well

  2. Refrigerate

  3. Top it with cardamom and coconut
