Golden Milk Oats Chia Pudding!

Yummy, nutritious and healthy breakfast/brunch. I ate this after my fasted workout.
Turmeric is antiseptic and anti inflammatory. Along with pepper it’s better absorbed. Cardamom and cinnamon make everything feel like dessert. Banana is a sweetener and rich in fibre and potassium. All and all a delicious dish!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of steel cut oats
1tbsp chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and cardamom powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric and ginger powder
pinch of black pepper
1 cup of water
1/2 cup coconut milk or 2 tbsp of coconut cream
1 banana
Any toppings your Haert desires! I used zested orange (1 teaspoon), walnuts (5 chopped) and raspberries
Instructions:
Boil water and add oats
Once it starts boiling add all the spices and 3/4 mashed bananas
Mix well and let the oats cook
Add chia and coconut milk
Let it cool
Then top it with your toppings. I am adding a whipped coconut cream with turmeric and pepper powder!
