Green Smoothie Bowl

I love the color of this smoothie bowl!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oat bran

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice (I used reduced fat coconut )

  • spinach (frozen 1/2 cup)

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina

  • Nutmeg to taste

  • Water as needed for blendind

  • Toppings: kiwi, chia and nutmeg!

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together and add your toppings! Enjoy!
