Greens & Chickpeas Salad

How many vegetables can you eat in a day?
Ingredients:
Mixed greens
Baby corn
Snap peas
Carrots shredded
Cherry tomatoes
Persian cucumbers
Avocado
Cooked garbanzo beans
I used a Vegan, Gluten Free Spicy Chipotle Dressing (Eat Gud Grub). I also made a side of red lentil Peruvian pilaf from Whole Foods (High fiber and high protein)!
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix in your favorite dressing.
Enjoy!
