Healthy Chocolate Pudding

When I am around my kitchen I am always thinking of food! This chocolate pudding was a product of my intense cravings to eat something sweet!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of quinoa flour

  • 2 tbsp of flax meal

  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk

  • 1 tbsp cacao unsweetened

  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom

  • 1 tbsp of Swerve xylitol (instead of sugar)

  • Toppings of your choice!

Instructions:

  1. Boil milk and add all the ingredients

  2. Adjust water as needed. Keep stirring.

  3. Break up the quinoa lumps as much as you can. I cooked for about 10 min. I had to add more water to keep pudding consistency.

  4. I topped it with pistachios, coconut flakes, and half a banana!
