Jicama Tacos

Guilt free and packed with crunch and flavors!

These tacos are so refreshing and easy to make!
Ingredients:
3 slices of jicama
2 tbsp hummus
Micro greens
1 sliced Persian cucumber 🥒
1/2 teaspoon of Zhoug sauce (From Trader Joe's)
1/2 avocado, sliced
Optional: 1-2 chopped baked cauliflower
Instructions:
Layer jicama with hummus, a few drops of the Zhongshan sauce, top it with all the veggies!
