Kale Chips

A healthy option if you're craving a little crunch!
They were crispy and so much healthier than my other favorites - potato chips
Ingredients:
Kale
1-2 TSP Avocado Oil Spray
Salt / Seasonings of Your Choice (I used Chili Lime Spice from Trader Joe's)
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash, clean and pat dry the leaves. Remove the stem but try to keep the leaves as whole as possible.
Spray avocado oil (1 teaspoon approximately) on a baking sheet.
Layer your kale leaves.
Spray about 1 more teaspoon of pan fry / oil on the top
Salt or seasoning of your choice. CAUTION on salt- little goes a long way for kale. I use @traderjoes chili lime spice. All in one.
Bake for 10-15 min. Each oven is different. I kept a close watch. It was about 12 min for my oven.
