Ingredients
🍋2 tbsp chia seeds
🍋3/4 cup almond milk / milk of your choice
🍋1 teaspoon lemon zest - half for chia and half in the yoghurt
🍋1 tbsp golden milk powder @wholefoods
🍋 I/2 teaspoon stevia
Mix all of the above . Let it rest in the refrigerator.
Topping-
🍋150 gm 0% fat free greek yoghurt
🍋 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
🍋1 teaspoon lemon juice ( freshly squeezed) more if you like it tart
🍋1/2 teaspoon stevia
🍋1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Whisk yoghurt to a smooth consistency and add all of the above.
Once chia seeds are gel like top it with this yoghurt and refrigerate it for few hours.
