Mango + chia pudding = happiness!
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
2 1/2 tablespoons of chia (mix well)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of stevia
Topping: fresh mango pulp and unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight
Top it with fresh mango pulp (blended freshly cut mango in a blender) and unsweetened coconut for some crunch!
