Mango Lassi Chia Pudding

Enjoy this as a sweet treat or breakfast guilt free!

Perfect for summer nights, a Friday night dessert, or a Saturday morning breakfast! This Mango Lassi Chia Pudding has no added sugars and is dairy free, so you can enjoy it completely guilt free!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashew yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup frozen mangos

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom

  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Your choice of toppings: nuts, coconut, fruit, or whatever your Haert desires!

Instructions:

  1. Blend cashew yoghurt, frozen mangos, cardamom, and unsweetened almond milk to a fine consistency.

  2. Adjust your fruit for sweetness.

  3. Add chia and stir smoothly.

  4. Let it sit for an hour in the fridge.

  5. Once it has cooled in the fridge, add strawberries, peaches, blackberries, coconut flakes, nuts, etc. or you can eat it as is!
