Mango Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Don’t get fooled by the colors.... this bowl is all in one!! Complex carbs, protein and MUFAs ( good fat). Preparation time <15 min!

This was so yummy!


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen packet of pitaya

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I used Gold Standard. Has 20 gm in one scoop)

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Blend all and top it with whatever you like. I prefer different textures. I have unsweetened coconut granola, chia and frozen blueberries!
