Always dreaming of food …
I am into meal prepping… right from my chia puddings to my lunch and snacks at work I do show up prepared!
Why? Mindful eating , so I am not tempted to eat impulsively and above all I care and nourish my physical health to the best of my capacity ❤️
These puddings are packed with protein , fiber , natural fruit and complex carbs. They keep me full and so not case sugar spikes.
Most puddings have :
❤️chia and or oats
❤️yoghurt ( I use 0% green ) but you can use any ❤️fruits - my favs are banana and berries
❤️Protein powder - chocolate flavored
❤️Cinnamon / cardamom / vanilla
❤️Toppings - Peanut butter / almond butter
These puddings have anywhere between 25-40 gm of protein , 15 gm of fiber , rich in unsaturated fats ( good fats)… they are super yummy too !
Investing few hours every week into meal prepping is one of the ways I care and nurture my body.
