Oats Banana Balls

Perfect for a mid-day pick me up!

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 ripe bananas (mashed up)

  • 4 tbsp of almond butter

  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

  • cardamom and cinnamon

  • 1 cup of ancient grain mixture (Trader Joe's)

  • 1/4 cup raw quinoa

  • Nutmeg powder

  • 2 tbsp of coconut powder

Instructions:

  1. Cook bananas, almond butter, and coconut oil on the stove top. Add in cardamom and cinnamon to taste

  2. Once it starts boiling, add ancient grain mixture, raw quinoa, nutmeg powder to taste, and coconut powder

  3. Mix it and cook on the stove for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly

  4. Let it cool and roll into balls. Enjoy!
