I eat this combo at least 3 times a week!


Overnight chia oats pudding


❤️1 cup plant based milk - flax is my favorite because of high protein and omega 3

❤️1/2 cup Fat free greek yogurt ( can use any plant based)

❤️Sweetener of your choice- my favs are banana/ cherries/ berry jam

❤️2 tbsp rolled oats

❤️2 tbsp chia seeds

❤️2 tbsp coco unsweetened

❤️1 teaspoon vanilla

❤️Toppings- here I have frozen blueberries, coconut 🙏🏽
