Quick High Protein Delicious Lunch

I am all for quick, delicious but nutritious meals.

I made this meal in between my morning meetings and then teaching at @creightonphx


✅15 gm protein in 4 eggs

✅6 gm protein and 6 gm of fiber in 1/2 cup garbanzo

✅Cracker @traderjoes 4 gm protein and 3 gm of fiber

✅ Fat free greek yoghurt- 19 gm protein

✅1 cup raspberries - 8 gm fiber , 2 gm protein

✅1 scoop protein powder 30 gm protein

✅1/4 cup blueberries 2 gm fiber , 1 gm protein


Any leftovers vegetables will work with these eggs.
