It’s an Indian dessert made with yoghurt, sugar, cardamom and saffron.

This recipe is typically very time consuming, as the traditional way is to strain yoghurt in a muslin cloth overnight to drain all the water. Then it’s mixed with almost equal portion sugar in a food processor. Cardamom and saffron is added for extra jazz. My version is under 5 min and super healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yoghurt (I used almond but fat free Greek tastes amazing as well)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/3 teaspoon stevia

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • Saffron for topping

Instructions:

  1. Blend yoghurt, banana, stevia, and half of cardamom in a blender

  2. Top it with cardamom and saffron
