Spinach Berry Smoothie Bowl

Eat your vegetables! This bowl has 1 cup of spinach and you won’t even know🤷🏽‍♀️ I try to eat as many vegetables as I can and this is one of my favorite ways!

I try to be as mindful as I can when it comes to my eating habits... Here I spent less than 5 min making it but checked all the nutrition requirements 🙏🏽


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1/2 frozen ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup plant based milk

  • 1 scoop collagen protein

  • 1 scoop peanut butter powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Top with your favorite toppings! I used coconut shreds and goji berries

Packed with fiber, monounsaturated fats (good fats), protein and complex fiber! It fills you up and you just ate all your macros.
