Spinach Berry Smoothie Bowl

Eat your vegetables! This bowl has 1 cup of spinach and you won’t even know🤷🏽♀️ I try to eat as many vegetables as I can and this is one of my favorite ways!
I try to be as mindful as I can when it comes to my eating habits... Here I spent less than 5 min making it but checked all the nutrition requirements 🙏🏽
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen spinach
1/2 frozen ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup plant based milk
1 scoop collagen protein
1 scoop peanut butter powder
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together
Top with your favorite toppings! I used coconut shreds and goji berries
Packed with fiber, monounsaturated fats (good fats), protein and complex fiber! It fills you up and you just ate all your macros.
