Spinach Smoothie Bowl

Start your day right!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes and pistachios!



Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Then add your toppings

  3. Enjoy!
