Strawberry Cherry Pistachio Chia Pudding

Chia is rich in HDL (good cholesterol ), fiber ( 8gm in 2 tbsp) , protein (5 gm)! These puddings are under 10 min total preparation.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
5-6 fresh strawberries
5-6 frozen cherries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon dry unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp pistachios
Instructions:
Blend the fruit and milk
Stir chia and vanilla. Mix well
Let it set. Sets in 30 min
Top it with whatever your Haert desires!
