Strawberry Cherry Pistachio Chia Pudding

Chia is rich in HDL (good cholesterol ), fiber ( 8gm in 2 tbsp) , protein (5 gm)! These puddings are under 10 min total preparation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 5-6 fresh strawberries

  • 5-6 frozen cherries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 teaspoon dry unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tbsp pistachios

Instructions:

  1. Blend the fruit and milk

  2. Stir chia and vanilla. Mix well

  3. Let it set. Sets in 30 min

  4. Top it with whatever your Haert desires!
