Summer brings these colorful natural fruits. When eaten in their natural form we get so much fiber, flavor and all the above health benefits. Fruits in natural form are healthy carbs!


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of cashew yoghurt

  • blueberries

  • raspberries

  • strawberries

  • cherries

  • grapes

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds sprinkled

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add yoghurt and then top with fruits and chia seeds

  2. Chill for 20-30 minutes in the fridge

  3. Enjoy!
