Tofu Lettuce Wraps

Home made lettuce wraps under 15 mins!

Vegan, no sugar , loaded with protein and fiber!

So yummy and quick to make.


1) 120 gm Firm tofu

2) 2 Persian cucumbers finely chopped

3) 6 tbsp chopped Kohlrabi ( German Turnip). I found this @traderjoes. cabbage family

4) 1 teaspoon chili lime spice @traderjoes

5) 1 -2 tbsp Thai Almond sauce @wholefoods

6) 2 tbsp coconut aminos

7) 1 tbsp Sriracha

8) 1 tbsp crushed unsalted peanuts

9) Whole Romaine Lettuce


Kohlrabi is only 36 cal for 1 cup, has 5 gm fiber and 2 gm protein. It’s super crunchy and pairs well with cucumber and chili lime spice.

Tofu is a great source of protein and tastes yummy with this sweet and spicy sauce.

Peanuts add a great crunch and texture to these wraps.
