Vanilla Chai Cashew Chia Pudding

Chai and chia go great together!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashew milk unsweetened

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon of clove

  • 1-2 tbsp freshly brewed Darjeeling tea (or any other black tea)

  • 1/4 mashed bananas

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract




Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well

  2. Refrigerate overnight

  3. Top it with any fruit of your choice!
