Whole Green Moong Dal Salad

I love a good, healthy and hearty salad!
Ingredients:
1 cup Whole green moong dal soaked and sprouted
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup shredded cucumbers
1 -2 cups chopped greens- swish chard, spinach, arugula
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped onions
1-2 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
